HRH the Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh Books of condolence and tributes

In accordance with public health advice, the Parish Council will not be hosting physical books of condolence in our Parish at this time, however, anyone wishing to do so is invited to contribute to a national online book of condolence found on the Royal website. https://www.royal.uk/

Laying of floral tributes in public spaces is also discouraged at this time. The Royal Household understand that members of the public would like to express their grief on the death of His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh. Making a donation to one of His Royal Highness’s many patronages is a fitting way of paying tribute to his remarkable legacy. A list of His Royal Highness’s patronages and how you can donate can be found on the Royal website. https://www.royal.uk/

There will be opportunities for people to gather together, reflect and mourn once the Covid restrictions have eased and it is considered safe for people to do so.
