Please note, residents can write to the Clerk on any matter, and in confidence and the Clerk will try to respond to and deal with the matter as swiftly as possible. The exception to this is a complaint in respect of the behaviour of a Councillor, when the formal complaints procedure will be followed.

When anonymous letters are received, the Clerk is unable to respond and therefore, any such letters cannot be actioned.
